Aniline (aniline oil, aminobenzene, phenylamine, CAS 62-53-3) is the essential primary aromatic amine of the chemical industry. By far its largest use is the production of MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate) for polyurethanes, alongside major roles in rubber-vulcanisation chemicals, dyes and pigments, and pharmaceutical and agrochemical synthesis. Royalchem Spain supplies high-purity aniline (≥ 99.95%) as a colourless to pale-yellow oily liquid, delivered from our Valladolid distribution hub by drum or ISO tank with COA and SDS for every batch.

The leading feedstock for MDA / MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate) production, the basis of rigid and flexible polyurethane foams, adhesives, and elastomers — the largest single use of aniline.
An essential raw material for vulcanisation accelerators (such as MBT, MBTS, and CBS) and for antioxidants and antiozonants used in tyre and rubber-goods manufacture.
A precursor for indigo and azo dyes and pigments, for pharmaceutical intermediates (analgesics such as paracetamol via 4-aminophenol, and sulfonamides), and for herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.
Standard Packaging:
200 kg steel (iron) drums or ISO tank for bulk — or to customer requirement, filled under dry nitrogen. Distributed by Royalchem Spain from our Valladolid hub. Shelf life 24 months in original sealed packaging.
Storage Conditions:
Store in tightly closed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, protected from direct sunlight and away from heat, oxidising agents, and acids; nitrogen blanketing is essential, as aniline darkens and oxidises on exposure to air and light. Toxic and skin-absorbed — handle with respiratory protection and full PPE.
