Disodium cocoyl glutamate (CAS 68187-30-4) is a mild anionic amino-acid surfactant made by condensing coconut-oil fatty acids with naturally occurring L-glutamic acid, fully neutralised as the disodium salt. Skin-pH compatible, exceptionally gentle, and 100% readily biodegradable, it is a leading sulfate-free cleansing base for facial cleansers, shampoos, body washes, and baby care, used alone or to boost the mildness of other surfactant systems. Royalchem Spain supplies it at ≥ 95% active matter as a white solid (powder/granules), delivered from our Valladolid distribution hub in bags or fibre drums.

Storage Conditions:
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from moisture and direct sunlight — the powder is hygroscopic and can cake. Keep bags tightly sealed; use dust extraction when handling in bulk.
