Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB) is the leading industrial precursor for Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonate (LAS), the most widely used biodegradable anionic surfactant in household and industrial detergents. Royalchem Spain supplies industrial-grade LAB with a C10–C13 alkyl chain distribution compliant with GB/T 5177-2017, ready for direct SO₃ sulfonation, and delivered from our Valladolid distribution hub by Flexitank, ISO tank, or bulk chemical tanker.

Primary feedstock for Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonate (LAS) production via SO₃ sulfonation. LAS is the high-volume anionic surfactant in laundry powders, dishwashing liquids, and multi-purpose cleaners across the EU market.
Used in heavy-duty degreasers, alkaline cleaners, and textile auxiliaries. Sulphonability ≥98.6% delivers consistent active matter yield and low colour after sulfonation for I&I formulators.
Building block for non-ionic and anionic emulsifiers used as co-formulants in pesticide emulsifiable concentrates (EC), agricultural wetting agents, and oilfield surfactant systems.
Standard Packaging:
Flexitank (approx. 24 MT), ISO tank container (approx. 20 MT), or bulk chemical tanker. Drum packaging available on request.
Storage Conditions:
Store in tightly closed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from heat, sparks, open flames, and incompatible materials. Not regulated under IMDG / IATA / ADR.
